4. Orders and Payment
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment methods accepted are Vodafone Cash and Instapay only. After completing payment, the customer must send proof of payment (screenshot or transaction number) to our support team via WhatsApp or email. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification. MTM reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in case of payment issues or stock unavailability.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days across Egypt. Shipping fees vary by region and are calculated at checkout. MTM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or public holidays).
6. Returns and Refunds
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are unused and in their original packaging. The product must include its invoice and will be inspected before refund approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note: Items purchased under student cases or educational modules cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, even if unused or in their original condition.
7. Warranty and Repairs
Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty that covers manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or repair by unauthorized service centers.
8. Limitation of Liability
MTM Electronics Co. shall not be held liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products. We do not guarantee that the website will always be error-free or available.
